Wii, Nintendo

Nintendo Wii is a box of tricks aimed entirely at the under-twelves and since its introduction, only four have been bought by pensioners for their own use. In three of these cases, the purchasers mistakenly thought the unit would alleviate their urinary tract infections.

Wii is thought to stand for What Imbeciles Injoy, though it is, in fact, Japanese for ‘completely pointless’.
