Wigs

W

Wigs, which were invented by the 19th century politicians of the same name, are a viable alternative to baldness and are practically undetectable unless you work in Homebase.

Wigs for men are known as syrups (from the original method of adhering them to the head), while women’s wigs are called codpieces and are usually attached to the head with fish-hooks.

For a small extra cost, artificial scurf can be added to many wigs to create an even more realistic look.

The best quality wigs are made from the hair of long-term prison inmates, the most highly prized being from Parkhurst, where they have a dedicated hair farm producing wigs from cuttings.
