Packs, Blister

Blister packs are designed solely for the convenience of the manufacturer and are impossible to open without catapulting the contents behind your fridge and severing at least one finger in the process.

If you have to buy anything in a blister pack, ask the shop assistant to open it for you, and then quietly sneak away while they are filling in the accident book with their remaining digits.

Asda has recently introduced dedicated blister pack opening aisles, staffed by swordfish and bar-code godwit, and with complimentary complementary therapy for those who suffer badly from blisters.
